• Regrettably pets are not allowed
• Please No Smoking inside the house. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our future guests, we ask everyone to kindly refrain from smoking inside the house.  Please feel free to smoke outside under the covered porches.
• Single occupancy per room Only. Sorry NO exceptions.
• Socializing encouraged, although no loud parties.  The house is generally very calm and quite.
• 3 month minimum stay
• Screening Policy $49 - No felony convictions,
• Please keep common areas clean, dishwasher available in kitchen.  It is not our policy to service the room during  your stay.
• Heating & Air Conditioning: Heat pump system located on each floor  with separate floor thermostats.

• Kitchen:  Fully-equipped spacious kitchen with ample separate private storage  space for each guest, along with two side  by side refrigerators, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, grill, toaster and toaster oven.
• Family Room: Relaxing family room with wood fireplace, TV with DVD player, attached t0 a casual dining room and laundry room.
• Deck: Outside deck overlooking garden, garage for bicycle storage.
• Bike Shed: Room to lock your bike, please no bikes inside the house 
• Complimentary Amenities: Laundry machines, Ironing Board, Iron, Hammock, Blankets
• Parking: Two off-street parking spaces available,  $75 to reserve, or daily first come first serve basis. Ample street parking available.

Can I see the inside of the house before I reserve a room?
Our guesthouse is a relatively small space where people are living and we do not want a constant flow of people looking over the house while are current guests are trying to enjoy the peaceful environment.  We have various pictures, videos, floor plans and room sizes on our website.  We can try to make arrangements  with the house host to show you the common areas.
